This Park offers a brief escape from urban life. Despite the car noises due to the proximity of the highway , the serene landscape and few art pieces along the 1.4-mile trail create a charming atmosphere. With its potential, the park could become an ideal open-air gallery for upcoming artists.
Overall, it's a delightful spot for a quick nature walk in the urban area.

Not much to look at and the Interstate noise ruins the experience of being in a park. Trails are maintained well from what little I saw. Plenty of parking available on-site.

Not a bad place for a run or a quick walk, very loud interstate noise unfortunately, recommend avoiding at rush hour unless you don't mind the noise.

There isn't a lot of "art" here, just a handful of slightly modified benches...and a small amount of sculpture.

Lots of birds to enjoy here.

No restrooms, no playground, great place for dogs.

One day this trail will connect to CCIC and the Monon/Cultural trail hub on 10th Street through Brookside and Spade parks. That would earn it another star. I don't think I'd ever give it five stars because of the interstate noise. This is a nice place to take your dog, but I'd say it is not child friendly. Also note: this trail is gravel.

Had the whole place to myself today! It was wet and chilly, but I did see ducks out swimming. I forgot my binoculars, so make sure to bring yours. The interstate makes it loud of course, but the juxtaposition of the flow of cars next to this working wetland is interesting, and the habitat is used so I'm glad someone did this.

Could use some TLC with garbage pickup and such, I'm sure it's hard being by the interstate, and it's also winter so there's no hiding anything with foliage. I liked the seating and how some of the paths led down into the wetlands more. Very cute park though! This park won't be a quiet nature hike necessarily, but it offers its own unique experience, and the birds like it!

Pogues Run Art and Nature Park has what I can tell, three small ponds but I was only able to get to the end of one. It was too hot for the girls to go any further. We had a good time anyway and would recommend this place for everyone. Just watch out for the 15 mph speed bumps as you come in. 😬 that first one sneaks up on you!

It kinda has a marsh, low wet land look to it which is unique for Indy. Great place for an easy walk. The highway is a bit distracting but overall it's a pretty peaceful place. The artwork that stands throughout the park is really cool. A lot of pieces that are fun to take picture with.
