Bad business everytime I order food you guys always forgetting a item and expect a tip you guys need to start treating customers right and tell the delivery drivers stop eating the shrimp rolls before they get to delivery address

Excellent customer service! They’re really nice about taking your order, give options and re-ask to make sure you get the right order. The food’s pretty clean - not a bunch of grease. And very reasonably priced too. Gf liked her veg lo mein and my ribs were pretty good. Not a lot of honey or sugar flavor but really solid. I’m sure there’s nothing bad on the menu and definitely will be back .

I have been ordering from First Wok since they first opened! The owner then was Cho who was the absolute best person ever! I have asked several times however, no one will say if she is still the owner. I am assuming from the poor communication with my orders that she is no longer there!

I am extremely disappointed with what they call their updated menu! Prices are too high! Who doesn’t put scallions in egg drop soup?? They wanted to charge me $.50 extra for scallions!! Saay Whaat??? I’ve never in my life bought egg drop soup without scallions in it!

Also, they left a delivery order sitting on my porch! When I called about it, they tried to convince me that I requested it! NO WAY! I have been fighting a squirrel & cat for months! Why would I ask you to leave food on my porch! I called to inquire about how long my order was taking; that is how I learned it was on the porch! I don’t have any complaints about the food to mention but they need to come back down to earth! They clearly have it twisted; this is not Center City!

I was doing door dash at this place and someone as very rude to the counter lady. So then after I was done decided to try it. I got chicken wing platter with white rice and a pizza roll and pink lemonade. I’m a plain person but picky and this was very good! The customer service was on point from the girl who answered the phone to the delivery man who’s a older gentleman . They were both so sweet because a good attitude and a smile really goes a long way
