Home Instead

Jennifer and Pilar do an excellent job with my mom. She enjoys their company and appreciates the quality of their work. They seem to enjoy taking her out shopping and to church. It means so much to my mother to get out a little bit.

Home Instead provided outstanding care for my 92 year old father for several months. Their compassion, professionalism and dedication far exceeded our expectations. The care team (Michael, Pilar, Angie, Jennifer), case manager (Sarah), and scheduler (Pam) were always so responsive and helpful; we never worried about my dad's care after Home Instead came into our lives.

Home Instead is a caring community. Their entire organization is filled with caring people who listen, respect, and assist their clients.

I especially want to recognize Sheryl and Holly, who come to my home, to help an 80 year old Parkinson person. They help me with showers and dressing, grocery shopping, and lunch preparation. They assist me in neighborhood walks, museum and library visits. I enjoy their company and like to visit with them and do puzzles together.

This is a very helpful service. They come out to your home, help the family with a love one and help the family with chores. Eva S., Alyssa A, Owen D. wonderful. They went above and beyond in my opinion.
My only disappoint is it's a minimum 4 hour servce and can't be split up for morning and evening.

My caregiver, Cecelia, is fantastic. She is always on-time, is always aware of when I need extra help, and is a very good driver. She is a good house cleaner.
