Nice track which is free but renting bikes are bit expensive.

Great cycling track in the heart of the city. This track circles MBR city with views of villas and skyscrapers.

This is the place to go for a good session of cycling.
I love that place, it's almost in the middle of Dubai, close to many places for when you are done training.
They have great facilities, showers, lockers, seating area, vending machines and a prayer room.
