I'm visually impaired.so it's hard using phone app.

Food quality improved. But customer service is low, the employees do not have any interest to assist you, taking the order or friendly service.

Well, pushing you to use the ordering system which is not very friendly 🙄. The original chicken sandwich has shrunken considerably. SMH.

The restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh and tasty. The staff are always friendly and attentive.great place to eat!

I waited 26 minutes in the drive thru line to receive the wrong order. It was only 2 cars in front of me… I ordered a number 4 plain with french fries and root beer. I also ordered 12 chicken fries with french fries and a medium frozen coke. They didn't give me the burger plain, they failed to give me the french fries from one of my orders and to make things worse they gave me 4 chicken fries instead of 12. They gave me a small frozen coke and a coke instead of the root beer. When I complain to them they took another 10 minutes to fix my order.. but they forgot again my French fries .. the food was super cold and the fries old……ughh how frustrating that you are paying and you don’t have a great services or at least your order correctly ... this is not a fancy restaurant, this is fast food place. There were more than 3 employees working. No one should wait in a fast food place 26 mins and with the wrong order.

This place is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. They always give me old food here. Today I went via the drive-thru and specifically requested that my chicken sandwhich be off the fryer. When I got my sandwich it was old, What they did was reheat an old chicken patty that they had to make it seem like if it was fresh off the fryer. This is unacceptable the reason I didn't go back and demanded fresh food was because I had to go back to work. This is ridiculous that I spend my hard earned money to receive old nasty soggy food. Keep giving paying customers old food, They'll either sue you because they get sick or They'll have inspectors all up in there.

Ordered a whopper Jr & got a sloppy Jr instead. You can tell the jr was not freshly made. Clearly it was microwaved. Do better.
