Great $9 lunch deal right now, 3 choices of meat/vegs with rice foot court style, plenty of food.
The food was amazing, 12 dollars for a good sized pot of noodles (i always share it with one other person), service is quick and homey atmosphere.

Great food, good price. I made my own bowl which was $13 but there are plenty of choices off their menu that you can pick from. Place was very clean.

Visited China Town for a bite to eat...so many different restaurants and café to choose from, was a difficult choice but we settled on here. People were friendly we order a number of items off the menu which Lisa gave us some advice. Food was hot and plentiful. My intention was to take more pictures of the food we ordered but I forgot.
According to Liam, the employee to whom I spoke, this restaurant has a new name and owner as of September 2022. The storefront says Liaoxiang Rice Noodle. The name on the receipt reads Luckycafe, one word. The picture menu says Potluck Cafe. Food and prices are good. I got the steamed fish with black bean sauce for $7 and a plate of white rice for $2. I like the hot chili pepper sauce on the table.
Ordered a lamb noodle soup with bone broth and mild spice. Great bowl size for $12 and the lamb portion was plenty. Love the toppings as well. Not pictured is an extra soup container, hence why the bowl looks low on liquid.
