Lovely place, quite small but was worth the money getting in. A good thing to do on a rainy day
Had a decent time at the museum. I was expecting a bit more then what they had on offer so I was a bit disappointed. Upon entry it was also very busy at the counter so it took a bit before getting in the museum. The exhibitions on view were decent but it could of been more interesting.

We can call this a museum of modern art! Exhibitions are not permanent and this is what makes it always exciting to visit the museum regularly if you happen to live in or nearby Rotterdam. Every floor has a 'themed' exhibition that is carefully crafted and executed. Absolutely recommended!

Refik Anadol’s exhibit at Kunsthal is a digital wonder, merging art with AI in a symphony of data-driven visuals. A must see for tech and art enthusiasts alike. Expect a short wait for the grand experience.

I have lived here for almost a year and I biked past this museum quite a few times. Finally I got to go inside and free with my museum card. We reserved two tickets and just had to show the museum card, very quick and painless. This was a nice place, one of my favorite museums in Rotterdam, it was more modern art which was really nice to see and I resonated with the messages. Nice installations and it wasn't too large so we did not feel overwhelmed with the amount of installations.

Every time I’ve been to Kunsthal, I’ve asked myself… HOW is it possible that a building can be built/marked in such a confusing way?

I always get lost and lose track of which one on the 7 halls I’ve seen, and so on. Sometimes, I’ve missed entire exhibitions because of the strange and confusing layout of the museum.

Besides that though, the curators have amazing taste, the space is interesting and beautiful for the most part, and the exhibitions have always been nice and interesting, so I’d definitely recommend going if you’re in the area.
