Matcha tiramisu lava cake - 4.25/5 - not too sweet and very matcha-y!
Ordered on Google which was linked to Hungry Panda and it was super easy and convenient!

We had the corn cake which was quite good. It could be better if the corn flavour were more pronounced. It was too mild and only the cream seemed to have the corn flavour. The cake inside was plain - good still but no flavour. Not too sweet which was great. There was a lot of cream though, would have preferred a balance between cake and cream. The 5” cake was $38.
They included a sparkler instead of a candle and a birthday greeting which was an appreciated touch as we were getting it for a friend’s birthday.
We also had the soya mochi cake which I thought had way too much cream and had a stretchy stringy characteristic (similar to okra slime, which is probably the mochi-ness). I didn’t like this one too much. It was on sale as Today’s Special at $12.50 instead of $17.50. The cakes all looked very good to eat, very pretty. But flavour wise, it doesn’t quite hit the spot on expectations on flavour.
Service was excellent- the lady behind the counter was patient and she deceived the cakes pretty well giving a list of ingredients.
They had many other good looking cakes which I want to try.

Having previously tried their Mango Pomelo Sago Lava Cake and being satisfied with it, I decided to return and explore more of their menu.
This time, I opted for the Sweet Corn Cake, while my friends chose the Soy Milk Mochi Cake. Both cakes were incredibly light and enjoyable, providing a delightful treat for our taste buds. While I appreciated the lightness of the cakes, I felt that the sweet corn cake could benefit from a stronger and more concentrated corn flavor to enhance the overall experience.
The staff at Deer Cake were a standout feature of my visit. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable about their menus, guiding us through the options.

A large variety of designs for cakes / cupcakes and they taste very good too. But attention to details can be improved - customers may want to triple check on wording requirements. Also cupcakes are not made in a traditional way with topping firmly stuck to the cake base (cream is just squeezed on top of the cake base supported by the cupcake paper holders) so top cream may shift position during your travel. Overall rating would be outstanding if attention to details are looked into and improved reflecting the pricing.

Have wanted to buy a cake for birthday celebrations from here for so long. So when my daughter requested for a cake, just had to make a stop here
Ordered the mango pomelo sago cake, which was supposed to be a lava type cake. Had to keep it in the fridge until we were ready, but maybe it was in the fridge for awhile as the lava did not come down and cover the cake
With that being said, it was still thoroughly enjoyable! The taste was fresh and the cream was so light and delicious. It complemented the sago, mango pomelo so well
They do have cakes, and some other small treats available for purchase daily, so that is something good to know as I was not sure if they have readily available for purchase cakes
It’s not the full lineup, but the best sellers are there and if you see or think you want something else, best to call and order in advance
Saw they have a mango pomelo sago smoothie drink and that might be one of the top ones I’ve had! It was so creamy and thick looking but so easy to drink!
Service was great. Never felt pressured even after leaving and coming back after lunch
Definitely coming back here for some pretty looking birthday cakes! A little pricey for the size, but the design and quality totally make up for that!

Pretty decent cakes (of the 2 times I ordered here they came with good texture and flavour) though i found the price to be quite expensive. The tiramisu was quite too light and lacked coffee/alcohol notes. Service was warm and attentive. There is a discount if you order more than 35$.
