The historic Hasht Behesht Palace in Isfahan, which was a royal residence of the Safavid kings, stands as a testament to the grandeur of the past. This octagonal structure has four facades, each unique in its own right. In front of the palace, there is a pool, typical of Persian gardens. The mansion has two floors and staircases on all sides for easy access. The rooms on the first floor, adorned with intricate stucco and paintings, display individualized decor in each of the four corners.

At the heart of the mansion lies an octagonal pond, named the 'marble pearl'. Surrounding this palace is a landscaped park, now a famous destination for leisure in Isfahan.

Typically its open from 9:00 AM to 17:00, but sometimes because of the repairing and restoration can be changed.
You can buy ticket there.

The building of Hasht Behesht Palace is located in the middle of a large, green and beautiful garden named after itself, Bostan Haste Behesht. Unfortunately, it was not possible to visit the palace, even at the scheduled time, it was closed without any announcement, which was sad, but this palace had beautiful architecture and beauty from the outside.

Hasht Behesht (the Eight Heavens), is a 17th-century pavilion in Isfahan, Iran. It was built by order of Suleiman I, the eighth shah of Iran's Safavid Empire, and functioned mainly as a private pavilion.

It is located in Isfahan's famous Charbagh Street. It was also the first modern school in Isfahan, it was called His Majesty's School (Madrese Homayouni).

As indicated on its name, the two-story pavilion of Hasht Behesht was built on the hasht-behesht plan, that is a type of floor plan consisting of a central hall surrounded by eight rooms.

The architecture of the pavilion is amazing, the murals, tile-work and ornaments are all breathtaking, and the gardens surrounding the pavilion give the place relaxing and calming vibes.

A must to see!!! Hasht Behesht, literally meaning "the Eight Heavens" in Persian, is a 17th-century pavilion in Isfahan, built by order of Suleiman I, the eighth shah of Iran's Safavid Empire. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, Hasht Behesht Palace will amaze you by its beauty and architectural design. Highly recommended!!!

Together with the bridges and the churches, this is one of the free attractions of Isfahan. And maybe just because of this, the palace is not well kept and you cannot actually enter it, as you can see from the pictures. The park around it is nice, with many flowers and trees.

Earlier it was a mesmerizing palace to visit and it still is, but unfortunately they don't care about anything and historical places are no exception to this rule. People living here were so lucky to have a such unique palace located at the middle of a garden near the most important part of the city at that time with all the facilities that were required. Have walk around here; it takes 6 minutes but worth it, no doubt.
