Very inefficient utility company. Can we have one more option utility company for competition purposes. So called a public listed company. Do online closed accounts never get completed. Deposit never get refund back. Must submit hardcopy one more time.

Went to close account n deposit refund. Ample parking, friendly staff (esp a lady from kounter pertanyaan) n environment.
Whole process only took less than 20 mins.
Very happy n keep it up TnB THO staff 👍

This is quite a poor establishment. Very archaic and slow in all their procedures. I visited this place to report an issue with my tnb meter but they only reaction I got was to fill up a form. They informed me that I will be called back for an appointment and it took them 6 days to do so. Apart from this the building itself is small and quite old. There nothing much here and the washroom is very small. There's plenty parking available but it must probably be far from the building and you gotta walk a bit. I really do hope some improvements will be made soon here.

The location very helpful. Easy to find, to park and relaxin ambient with nice view against the lake. Frontdesk staff reasonably freindly. Its a good experience been here while u r doing related things. Keep up good work tnb guys..

I came to give invitation to TNB to participate a Q&A Session I plan to organize so owners and residents have practical answers on information as to their roles vital in ensuring safe and optimal use of electricity. The staff who attended to me were very friendly and helpful.
No counter to make cash payment, expect old uncles and old mak cik to use self auto payment kiosk...and nobody around to assist them. Customer Services staff are lazy. Most of the time are quiet and they are lazy to accompany old mak cik to kiosk....cakap is so easy.

Tnb should consider the counter for payment.
