The park is a beautiful municipal park in the city of Orillia. It's clean, well looked after and being updated. The children's play area is amazing. The waterfront boardwalk beautiful. Truly a gem on Lake Couchiching.
It is a beautiful port. Right now there is a ton of construction for the new condos across the street from the waterfront which make for less parking. The boardwalk is beautiful, the washroom facilities seem to be well maintained. I frequently walk here and enjoy the views. There's a little boat launch, a lot of people walk their dogs there, there's a playground for the kids. All in all quite an enjoyable location.
It's We a beautiful lakeside with a boardwalk. We went there & tried to catch the pirate show today. But sadly, we missed it because of no parking 😕. They should build more parking space around the down & waterfront for visitors to come ....
My husband and I went for a walk here. The only way into the park is off Bay St. Sooo much construction going on at the other entrances. I really miss French's Stand down at the park. Great food there and it was there sooo many years. It was part of our park. I hope they come back after construction is done or give them old PAV spot was in Orillia at the park. Great play ground for kids and still relaxing sitting on benches looking out over the water. Lots of picnic tables and washroom. We still enjoyed ourselves.🚶♂️🚶♀️🌞💗
Orillia has done a great job with, and continues to work on, its beautiful waterfront space.

It is a very beautiful and splendid place from where you can view a far on the waters. There is a children play area where they can enjoy the slides and other things. There is a canopy for waiting in case of snowfall or rains. There is ample space for parking also.
Very nice view and good to have a walk. But the nearest Parking is for residents parking only, must check the signage before parking. Easy to a get a fine of $100 if you are not residents and don't have a valid permit. Not worth to take a chance.
