Great staff good service would recommend for anyone looking for a new phone in the area
Very knowledgable staff.
Great friendly staff. Help replace drowned phone. Went back next day and updated phone plans. Would recommend.
Staff member was helpful but it was frustrating that they could not supply the products I wanted and had with them 4 months ago.
However alls well that ends well as I found a better and cheaper teleco who's products I am happy will.

Sent my phone away to get repaired. They have taken my screen protector off and put it back on inadequately, now Spark are expecting me to buy another screen protector and do it myself.
Very good. Explained the problem I was having with my cell phone and it was sll fixed. I think my age of 87 was taken into honsidetdtion as I was afforded nothing but courtsey
Returned a phone within 7 days that had a fault and was told it was an update issue. It wasn't. They could not have been less helpful or willing to offer a suitable solution. Samsung ended up helping.
I would never recommend this retailer to anyone. They do not operate inside of the bounds of the retail act. Saying 'it is store policy' is not the same as acting inside the law! I will be taking them to small claims.
