My recent visit to the spice hut food court left much to be desired. Despite ordering a variety of dishes including Idly, Pongal, wada, puri with bhaji, and puri with chole, the overall experience fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of peanut chutney within an hour of opening was disappointing, limiting the enjoyment of some dishes. Additionally, the pongal lacked salt, diminishing its flavor.

Moreover, considering the price paid, the portion sizes were underwhelming. It's disheartening to pay such high prices for what felt like minimal servings. Frankly, for the amount spent, one could easily dine in at a higher-quality restaurant.

Overall, the combination of limited availability, lack of seasoning, and high prices makes it unlikely that I'll be returning to this food court in the future.

Worst , worst to the core . The whole food place is a cheating one . Never ever buy any curries from here . In one word they are called cheaters I purchased the VEG potato curry literally it’s the smallest box see picture below , I did go almost at the close of the day around 8:30 pm and they charged me 14$ …. After knowing the price I said can I please change it to biryani as it’s the same price and you don’t believe it’s packed ….. 😂😂😂😂 I was shocked by the word packed as literally they just kept in the box and the taste was bad very bad , as it’s almost day close it’s stale as well .. I wish I had eaten the same curry in a good restaurant. Rather than this place

Any ways lesson learned …..

Inconsistent Quality and High Prices:

This review is about their grocery section. Firstly, the prices are noticeably higher compared to other local Indian stores in the area. Secondly, there's a serious issue with consistency – don't count on finding the same product (brand and quality) twice if you're a regular shopper. Recently purchased Royal organic sona masoori rice priced at $23.99 for 20 lbs bag. The quality of the rice is worst.

I see the lack of response from management to negative reviews here. It feels like they're not taking feedback seriously. With these issues in mind, I'd recommend exploring other options

Hi, we had a terrible experience at the bakery. The staff handling payments were extremely disrespectful to customers, and another young lady was making inappropriate gestures to indicate it was time to pay. Additionally, a man (whose name I didn't catch) was incredibly rude, even after we spent $25. We will never visit this store again.

If Manager is seeing this review. Try changing the staff. Despite good food this rudeness makes the customers feel aback for coming to your store.

I shop here weekly for mainly fresh vegetables and fresh dosa or idli batter. The prices are less than the Indian store closer to my house.
I have never had to return a product but then I
check the veggies as I bag them. They have always been really friendly to me when I come in. I stop for fresh samosas on occasion but it would be nice to pay for everything in one transaction.

Prices are a bit more compared to the other stores in the area. Also, the food court inside is good, when you go buy groceries you can get some snacks 😉. Same like the store prices. Even the prices in the food court are a bit more. Except for convenience, when I'm planning to buy only snacks/food(not groceries), I will choose a restaurant instead of the food court as prices are the same

If you want to eat any curry or food, try to see other options. Today we are not feeling well so thought of buying some dal from Spices hut Cafe. I thought it would be the cheapest option. When I was paying I saw the price and got chills. $12 per one portion of yellow dal. Oh man, I ain't buying anything from the cafe anymore. After all the taste is very spicy for the dal family couldn't eat.
