We bought a ladies bag on 29th December paying AED 179 and the hook holder for the shoulder chain broke on the first use itself. I have purchase this for my wife as a gift and so so much disappointed to see such poor quality stuffs in such a branded shop. we are leaving the country by 30 th and unfortunately we couldn't go there to get it replaced or repaired. Kindly advise if this could be done in India.
