This food is made with love and quality ingredients I challenge you to make what you see in front of you for $14.
I got the chicken wrap with pesto and avocado mash with a Waldorf salad. All of it so fresh!
You can also have this as a bowl if you prefer.
They sell smoothies too for $8 which I definitely will check out next time.

Deliciously healthy spot. Have been wanting to try this spot and finally stopped by. It’s a small & cozy place serving up super fresh dishes with good portions. Tried the bowl with the Tuna Steak, quinoa, and sweet potato fries (all for $14). Already planning my next visit and excited to try the salmon bowl and a smoothie.

Absolutely delicious food!!! Fresh, tasty, healthy!! I had salmon with tabbouleh and quinoa. So yum!! Great service. I ate at the place, but they also do take out.
Really good quality ingredients and good flavours! My main complaint is that it was too salty (especially the tabouleh salad, sadly) which took away from the experience. Aside from that would eat again with maybe different side selections.
I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! This place is so so good! Fresh ingredients, healthy food ( they make grain bowls, smoothies, cold pressed juices, vegan deserts etc) and very good service! I was craving veggie burger today. Remembering passed by this place few times before, I wanted to give it a try. I’m so happy I did! It was my first time and oh I know I’ll be going back! The black bean veggie burger is OFF THE HOOK! Yum!
Nutritious and yummy casual bowl (or rather rectangle box) place. We enjoyed the quinoa black bean patty and tofu options. Both were quite flavorful as well as the quinoa and lentils base. The salad sides we had tabouli and kale which tasted refreshing.
My ideal restaurant. Would eat here every meal. Choice of protein, veggie, and grain - all deliciously spiced and perfection in cooking. Love this place.
