I will suggest you stay away from this company. It is a scam. We were promised discounts from Home depot which we never got. On top of that, we did not agree to another charge and they still charged me. When I demanded a refund the sales rep was very rude and kept diverting the conversation, without giving us straight answers. This company should not be trusted.

They tried multiple times to get me to sign up . They told me as a member since would get discounts from Home Depot. I checked and found out they were lying ! I checked with Home Depot. I am a Home Depot pro . They kept calling !

A new lady there Vicky. Called I told her that Home Depot no’s nothing about discounts from them . She persisted, offered membership 1/2 price $99
And promised me there were !

Kept checking Home Depot said no , but Vicky told me I had to go thru other company that Home Depot just bought . So it’s not Home Depot but a subsidiary
That you can only order from on line not the same products , and no lumber or sheet rock or daily contractor needs!!!! Which when talking to Vicky was my main concern ! She lied !!! Top it off when confronted with this , now my calls go to her boss!
He says she never promised Home Depot discounts !! The only reason I joined !

Stay away a non truthful company also very rude !
When I called to complain they called me liar and didn’t like my tone when complaining about there lies ! They did Agee for refund but still waiting. They also failed to hang up phone after the conversation and I over heard them talking ! What s bunch of low lives !
