Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered their Tandoori Chicken pizza but it wasn’t the best Tasting pizza tbh - the topping didn’t taste as good, also the Dough wasn’t fresh as you’d expect.
I wouldn’t recommend -

The App errored and topping were nit shown on order. Restaurant sorted it for me after a phone call. Pizza was delicious

I had delivery today, it was quick. However, size isn't accurate at all - the pizza was too big for medium (I regret paying £20 for food I don't need when I could have oredered small!). Also, the taste wasn't that great, nothing special about it really. Also, a bit too doughy (forgot to choose thin base) and the garlic sticks with 4 cheese were too oil & garlicky, there was barely any cheese! I'd not order again.

Time and time again I have received pizzas with missing toppings. It's like real-life Groundhog Day. At this point I feel like the Fallowfield store are trolling me... Is this a bad joke or are they seriously forgetting to put the missing ingredients on re-made pizzas? Word of warning to those of you who receive missing stuff that you've paid for - it will be flatly dismissed and you may even experience the joy of being called a liar like I did

21st February - they missed onions from my pizza. Rang up to let them know and was promised a free pizza next time.

18th May - free pizza was delivered, missing a topping again (BBQ drizzle)

6th June - rang to let them know about last order, person who answered insisted that I was incorrect despite having pictures (below). It turned out that they had also dealt with the previous orders.

The best part is that this isn't the only store that has this problem! Swinton and Denton have also delivered pizzas with missing toppings.

I wouldn't normally leave a negative review but after dealing with this same issue every time we order, which isn't that much (approx. 10 visits in the last 3 years) something needs to change.

Waited two hours for delivery, bare in mind i live 1 mile from them. When it finally arrived it was the wrong pizza, missing the toppings I ordered, they compensated me with a free pizza which was old, burnt and rock hard. Totally unacceptable for the price, never again will I order from here. Brings shame on the Papa Johns Brand.

**Edit - although the reply was 3 months after my query, I called as per my review reply, and was offered the same pizza and dairy free ice cream free. Thank you, but the order arrived with dairy ice cream!! The same mistake twice!!! Please get staff trained on vegan, dairy free and intolerances, and please take more care with vegan orders.

Ordered a vegan pizza. As you can see from the picture, a dairy cheese was sent. Vegan cheese does not brown like this and tasted like dairy. First time I've had dairy in 7 years and tricked into it. Allergy so this has impacted me.

Delivery was so fast and the driver was very friendly. Let's get to the food now.. Pizzas were cooked perfectly, taste amazing. Cinnamon scrolls is a backlash from childhood, it's been long since I ate something that nice! Overall the food tasted great, generous portions and I'm very pleased. Highly recommended!
