MuLan noodle and grill

A small Chinese restaurant which is actually quite good. The place is modern, comfortable with lots of noodles and dumpling options. There are also good variety of entrees as well. The sweet and sour chicken and braised tofu were delicious. Soup dumplings were not bad. Glad we discovered this restaurant today.

Stopped in on a Monday night and tried different dumplings, recommend the soup dumplings and fried juicy bun. Also the combo dumplings are also great, you get 2 pork, 2 chicken, 2 beef dumplings. Place are quite and very clean

Ordered the scallion beef dry noodles to go and I’ve never been so disappointed. Usually when I read a menu item as beef I expect more than 4 thin slices of dry beef. The noodles were basically seasoned with oil. There was a pool of oil at the bottom of the container and the only flavor profile was garlic. To top it all off the noodles and meat were cold. I’d understand if this dish was a 8 dollar dish but for what I got not worth it at all.

Very clean place. Scallion pancakes were nicely crispy but did not have enough scallion taste. The rest of the dishes were average. I do not recommend Kung Pao chicken as the chicken were just too soft and rubbery.

Pork buns were delicious, lo-mien noodles were solid. The jalapeno chicken stir fry was as advertised. Loaded with peppers. If you like spicy you will be a fan!

All the food tasted great. Will he my go too shop from now on!

Service was okay.. they only had one noodle soup option; beef. The scallion pancakes were really greasy. The veggie fried dumplings were good. Not sure if I’ll go back

I was impressed with how clean that place is (of course, it is new) and I like the value of the lunch menu for $8.99. Egg Drop Soup was excellent and the pork dish I tried was also good, but needed more spice. Egg roll would have been good except they do not offer any sweet and sour dipping sauce, only soy or chili oil.
