Delicious warm sandwiches. Good vegetarian options. The apple strudel is a must. There are power outlets to charge phones and clean toilets.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. The unprofessionalism of the waiters, who do not know the basic concepts of politeness and ethics in communication with customers, a complete lack of attention to customers, and moreover, the arrogance and rudeness of the staff do not deserve even the one star that I gave them. If you don't want to spoil your impression of the city and your mood for the whole day, avoid this place even in rainy weather. The coffee they serve you with hatred in their eyes and shouting instead of answering questions is not worth your time and attention.

P.S with your comment on my review, you confirmed my words about your unacceptably rude and unprofessional attitude towards customers. Collecting information about a person, including his photo, without his permission is a criminal offense. You can delete and ban all negative comments, one way or another you will lose all customers with your aggression and arrogance.

The most rude stuff i have ever seen in europe .. they made us wait 30 mins & going with stroller & baby upstairs carrying & then after 30 mins
She came refusing taking our order because two of us are ordering & other two needs to order after few minutes !

They should write this on a note
To let us know !!

Spent 10 minutes at the counter - was told they don't accept cards. Spent 10 more minutes with cash - was told they don't do takeaway. 20 minutes at the counter - no coffee, very rude service. Only go there if you want to ruin your evening. Definitely don't recommend.

Coffee is decent. But service is not. It takes a lot of time to bring simple coffees. Waiter doesn't bring you menus, brings 2 menu for 4 people. You can see employees fighting each other in the back.

It’s nice coffee shops it has indoor and outdoor seating. The sandwich’s are good and there coffee are excellent the service is good and the waiters are kind of friendly. Sometimes it gets bit crowded and some people smokes it could be cut uncomfortable. Over all I can say it one of my favorite ❤️ places to have coffee and have something quick to eat. I would highly recommend a visit.
