Loved being there can't wait to book again staff were great Happy atmosphere the food staff worked really hard meals were very nice and great choices I can see myself being a regular at this place thank you for my time spent there

First room offered was fine, but I have a mobility problem so was worried about the bath. Explained this at reception, and with kindness and understanding the room was changed for one with a shower. Thankyou for this and a most enjoyable holiday, see you again soon.

Perfect location, easy to get to the tube station, lovely staff and good quality rooms for a good price. Really impressed

Bed was awful, Not just the wife's opinion but mine (I can and have slept on rocks).

Power points and light switches on one side of bed only. Aaaahhhh have phones, tablets and a laptop to charge. The cute 22 inch TV was lost even in the tiny room and lacked Freeview.

Can't speak about food or bar or cabaret as we always ate out and found some great entertainment around Llandudno. (We passed the bar with a singer in full flow one evening and really, really weren't tempted to join.

The room was clean, tidy and had a lovely sea view that we paid extra for.

The hotel has got about the best location for local bars, restaurants, shopping, pier and amusements as well as the buses and train station all of which we took advantage of.

I don't really think the place is organised for people who want to be independent, catering bar entertainment and day trips can all be had within the hotel. But we found it adequate as a base to have a holiday from

We were on top floor room dirty windows filthy if they can't be cleaned then they should not put guests into them, ordered rice pudding one night it's never been rice pudding, if hotels are not clean and run correctly perhaps they have taken too much on big is not always Best . Alot of your guests maybe elderly but they still expect a good time,bingo enjoyable but entertainment left a lot to be desired not quite into tom Jones del Shannon ect , and it appears that only the good reviews get a reply. The lady serving in the coffee shop was absolutely lovely and if I had been put in the basement I would have wanted my money back must have been like being in a box

It was the Victorian Extravaganza weekend, which was a nice surprise lovely hotel,
sea view room, 122, not far to walk to town or pier which was good for my failing knee joints, staff brilliant, food good, entertainment excellent, nothing to fault this visit, booked the holiday with Daish's coaches, excellent driver, same guy each way, last pick up first drop off making a none tiring journey experience.

Excellent location on the sea front in Llandudno, room with sea view. Old fashioned hotel, the type I visited in the 60's & 70's. Coach driver on this trip Joe, was 5 star excellent driver, wish I could day the same about the hotel however, rooms were not hoovered, surfaces were sticky. Mattresses were too hard, shower cubicle far too small. The service was very slow but mainly down to not enough staff & the staff they had need a lot of training. The food was totally unacceptable - very cheap vegetables boiled to death, a mince dish (they called beef cobbler!) swimming in fat, roast potatoes clearly fried, one very small slice of turkey, beef, chicken served with a roast dinner........................... very poorly run, poorly maintained hotel.
