We had a bit of a wait to be seated . I think they where a little understaffed. The Manger was awesome and very acomadating. The waitress was super nice and helpful. Love all the pictures and saying every where. Our issue is everything we wanted to order hand lemon or line in it. My husband is allergic so we had to be careful. The first steak my husband order way over cooked so they made a new one. Very pricey

Kristen was a phenomenal server. She was extremely pleasant and made us all feel welcome. She was very attentive, made sure our beverages were always topped up and made sure the food was good. Kristen noticed the birthday presents and asked who’s celebrating a birthday then offered a birthday dessert on the house and brought it out with a candle. She even helped me use the Mr Mike’s app on my phone to scan the bill and use my points. The food was delicious! We all had an excellent time! Thanks Kristen and Mr Mike’s!

Kristen the server was phenomenal she made this experience positive and the same goes for the other servers. As a matter of fact nothing beyond this comment is about her. My issue was the so called assistant general manager Andrew. He is absolutely terrible and should not be a manager. The way he greeted my wife and two sons made me rethink of actually ever going back. When we arrived he did not ask if we wanted a table for 4, no he asked if we had reservations because it would be best if we had some for fridays and saturdays. He made us feel very unwelcome as if we were bothering him. He made us feel like we were not even customers like we were there to beg for food. He told us he would "make room" for us but going forward we should always reserve. Keep in mind we got there at 430pm for an early dinner. We thought we were gojng to be waiting but about 15 to 20 percent of the restaurant was seated the rest was empty. I could understand if this was at 6pm and on but to start the 1st experience in this place speaks volumes as we will pass on this restaurant going forward. As a former manager myself i would never treat guests like this ever. Andrew needs to remember no customer no salary. He is a very poor host least to say. We still were seated but were already upset about the start. Your only saving grace was Kristen who is top notch. In my honest opinion her service was manager like but not Andrew. As you can see in the photos attached these were just some of the tables that were open. I did not take a photo of the rest of the restaurant as there were another 6 to 7 tables being used at the time. Only 2 other tables were seated after we were eating and when we left there were only about 4 tables full. As a matter of fact we asked Kristen if we always needed reservations for friday and saturday...she said no thats not true. I would rate this place a 4 in general, the service was a 5, but the host was ZERO. ANDREW you should be retrained or made to stay in the office as you have poor customer service.

My husband and I came here to celebrate a big win that I had in curling, and we were very disappointed, and will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to our friends and family.
The potato skins were dry, and our shrimp tacos were not good at all.
I was at the Winkler location quite a few years ago, and the food was super good. I couldn't wait for a location to open in Winnipeg as I told my husband that he had to try it.
Words can't describe how disappointed I was, and how embarrassed I was for selecting this restaurant.
My husband and I know what good quality food tastes like, as we are no strangers to dining out.
I should have paid more attention to the lack of people in the restaurant when we arrived, and walked right back out, and I am sorry that I did not!

The food was fantastic, as was the service! We were there for a family birthday celebration.. meeting at a location after traveling from different places in rural Manitoba.
The only downfall was the noise. We could hardly hear each other so the visit was short. We were on the restaurant side, on a Tuesday.. but the music was blaring!!

Out for Mother's Day. Atmosphere, service and food were all really good. I was a little disappointed that there was a spacer in the bottom of the onion rings to make it look like there was more than there actually was. Entire dining experience was really good. However, it was quite expensive. I would guess about 25% more than other similar restaurants.
