I have gotten Happy Wok for the last 5 years I have lived in SP. I refuse to try anywhere else. The consistency to their food is phenomenal. I will be a die hard customer here. The online customization is amazing and the coupons for free food are always excellent. Delivery is always fast and accurate. Carryout it definitely on Point with anti fraud measures ways in place.
It was my 3rd visit today. My last 2 visits for takeout were entirely uneventful. Food tasted good and I had zero complaints.
Today I ordered bourbon chicken. There was something off about the entire dish. The sauce had a strange fishy smell to it and tasted off. I couldn't quite pin down what it was but it made me sick to my stomach.
The chicken was a strange consistency. It was mushy. It also had a foul taste to it.

I've been going here for about 6 years now. Customer service is great. Food is always fresh and hot. They also deliver. It's my go to lunch spot when I'm at work and I've never had a bad experience.
Craving Chinese food on my drive through Wisconsin and found this place. Chicken fried rice was good. Service was friendly and fast.
Oh my god. I am from STL (St. Louis, MO) and this is the closest taste to home fried rice here in Madison! Man the fried rice is so good, if you don’t want peas.. they can remove that for you. They even have the sweet and sour sauce packets that you can’t find anywhere (not duck sauce). 10/10
I never been so disgusted in my life. So far the worst Chinese/Asian food I’ve experienced. This is orange and deep fried bourbon chicken w fried rice, and when I say there’s no flavor I mean that! Absolutely taste like nothing 🤢 WONT RECOMMEND!!!!
Ok so I got the cashew beef with fried rice and a veggie roll
First off the lady at the front desk was so so nice. I am not impressed with the quantity or quality of beef but now I know not to get that here. I will come back and try a chicken dish because I really want to give this place a chance. The rice was decent and the veggies and sauce were too.
