As a regular customer of Chicking, I couldn't help but notice the disappointing cleanliness standards at this particular outlet in the city. Despite Tripunitura's significance as a hub in Kochi, the establishment falls short, being small and offering very limited parking options. However, my first experience with their rice bowl was satisfactory; it was tasty, and the portion size was generous. Nonetheless, I found the staff's lack of knowledge about the menu and the inefficiency in processing payments to be frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, while the food met expectations, improvements are urgently needed in cleanliness, staff training, and overall service quality for a more pleasant dining experience.

Location : Parking : Outlet is located in a convenient area just opposite to KFC. There are 2 Car parking facility.

Ambiance : The ambiance of Chicking outlets is usually casual and family-friendly, catering to both dine-in and take-out customers.

Quality : Chicking is known for its quality ingredients and hygienic food preparation practices.

Service : Unlike KFC, they have table service and the payment to be done only after having the food 🥘. This shows that, they do care & respect their customers and believe that their customers definitely will payoff after the food. Additionally, they prefer to feed their customers rather than looking at the money 🥰.

Last day I ordered food from here for my friend and I had faced the bad experience for the first time from this brand. The food was not properly cooked the chicken meat had Red colour . Just like semi cooked . And I called the toll-free no. To report this they give me a WhatsApp no. To send the piks and they admitted it was not cooked properly. And asked them them to get me a c andall back from the store manager. The said wit in mins the will do the needful. After 30min i visited the store. It was abt 9.30 or so it was rush in the store. I asked a employee to connect me to the store manager. He came and I explained everything and healthy asked me do I hav the food on me I said I hav ordered it for someone else so I don't hav and I showed the pics which I had on my phone. And he is saying it's properly cooked. And he took a pice frome the shelf and seperated it from the bone and showed me. That was properly cooked then he said this wil become just lik the pik which I showed after its cool down. And I went back and brought the food from my friends house and showed him stil he just repeated the same thing. I was so disappointed by this service. He asked me what he hav to short this out . I said I don't want a refund or food voucher for this i just lost the trust and I won't be eating any more fm here. I just want them to get educat the staff what the hav to do .and cross check if it's done properly. This is food which goes inside our body . There are many cases in the society lik people dies due to food poison and all . I hop it's don't get repeated and get notified by the authorities

I went to chiking Tripunithura for a snack and got a Tandoori burger with coke. The service was fast and friendly, and the place was nice to eat in. The burger was crispy, the coke was refreshing. The prices were reasonable and they had some good deals for combos. The only problem was that they didn't give me any tissue paper with my order. I had to look for it myself. That was a bit annoying. Please remember to give tissue paper next time. Other than that, it was a great experience and I'll come back for sure.
The Chicking center was on the PETTAH Tripunithura road, near the Bank of Baroda, so it's easy to find. There's parking for a few cars and bikes.

Food is just like any other Chick king outlet but the service is a big let down here. It was a complete disappoint watching the add-ons getting delayed for no reason, drinks getting skipped and only getting it serving it when asked again despite the long waiting time for the order .

French fries quality is not good they should need improve the quality. Fried Chicken was good

Being a frequent customer, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service at the Chicking restaurant in Thripunithura. The staff is noisy, the cleanliness is lacking, and they are often slow in attending to orders.
