The service is terrible. They don’t have hallmarks on the jewelry. They are thieves as I went to another store to ask for the price of the jewelry I got from them unfortunately came to know that they sold me the product that don’t have stamp and the price of it was turned to be only 70 dollars which I they sold me for 200 dollars and it was not even of 22 carats as mentioned by Bb jewellers.
They don’t have clear communication. Worst experience.

Number one fraud jewellers. We brought a gold chain two months ago and now when we gotta return it due to some financial reasons, they didn’t even gave us back the half price, rather gave us a duplicate gold chain. Really shame on you guys, you should have your license suspended and we gonna definitely work on that.
