He refused to repair my Samsonite wheel luggage, even though it was still under warranty. I feel extremely bad about this repair centre; I was in Montreal and sent this bag to claim earlier; they referred me to the system and confirmed it could be repaired under warranty, but I needed to go to Toronto right away, so I went to this repair centre to fix it. He just refuses; it shouldn't be a Samsonite repair centre anymore. If you don't want to fix it, you're not supposed to.

Although I didn’t repair my suitcase wheels because the charge is too high for me and my suitcase is still okay without repairs ,the owner is kind and patiently. The shop is not tidy but I like the old-school vibe there.

Suitcase wheel replacement for 1 similar wheels,the fee is 50bucks,I think is fair.

The owner knew my commute was two hours. He fixed a specialized dance suitcase while I wait. Saved me an extra trip. The replacement wheels were better then the original. Very affordable.

Mike is an old school professional and a straight shooter. I brought my luggage in for a wheel repair and he had it done in 5 minutes. He won’t beat around the bush on what can and cannot be repaired. While some people may be disappointed by his answer as to the condition of their luggage, it isn’t his fault for their luck and mistreatment of their luggage.

Mike was amazing. He just saw me coming in with my luggage and didn't need to touch it to know what was wrong. He didn't hesitate to tell me what was wrong and let me know that "he likes money but likes telling the truth more" . He ended up fixing my handle on my vintage Burberry bag bag , because I insisted and charged me almost nothing...and ready within the hour. This will be my new place to get anything luggage fixed. Mike fixed my IT suitcase wheels better than new, in less than 1 hour. Yes, he's gruff and kinda old-school, but the workmanship and speed of service was top-notch. The wheels on my hand-luggage-sized-but-frequently-checked suitcase have never been great, but they eventually degenerated. The rest of the case was in great shape, so I didn't want to throw it out if I could avoid it. I found this place online, near my work, so I dropped in, and after a quick chat, I left to find a bank machine and Mike fixed my suitcase. When he handed it back he said "i fixed the other 2 wheels - they weren't in great shape" He's right - for the first time since I bought the case, all 4 wheels want to do the same thing at the same time! I think he tweaked the handle too, as it feels smoother than it ever has.

We couldn't replace a wheel on my travelpro bag since its too old to buy parts but the repair man used a slightly different wheel and now its good as new. He may seem rough around the edges but he's endearing and cares about doing a good job.
