Ventanas Restaurant and Lounge

I recently dined at Ventanas, and it was a fantastic experience, especially for a date night. The restaurant’s ambiance is truly beautiful and sets the mood perfectly.

We started with a variety of appetizers, including the salmon rice cakes, yellowtail, salmon & tuna tartare, bacon and the shrimp ceviche. Each dish was delicious, but my personal favorite had to be the salmon rice cakes.

For the main course, we savored the lobster with corn, the porterhouse special, and the short ribs. The lobster and short ribs were nothing short of amazing, bursting with flavor. The porterhouse was good, though not quite on the same level as the other dishes.

Overall, Ventanas made for a memorable dining experience, and I would highly recommend it for a special night out. The food quality and ambiance make it a top choice for a romantic dinner.

Ventanas is one of the few restaurants that has it all. Atmosphere, view, food, drinks and service. Our server Kenny really enhanced our experience. He was patient, thorough and knowledgeable, I really appreciated it considering their menu offers so many amazing options. Without a doubt I will be back and most definitely will recommend.

Food was good but service was slow. Went for my older sister’s birthday this past Saturday night and were a party of 4. We had the shrimp and scallop ceviche and the lobster dumplings as appetizers. The lobster dumplings weren’t my favorite (pictured). The shrimp and scallop ceviche was amazing (pictured). I definitely recommend it. For our entrees we had the 34oz Porter House Steak (feeds 2 people, taste amazing), the pork shank (had a delicious garlicky cuerito, if you’re familiar with Pernil, its basically a personal pernil) and 16oz Wagyu steak. The meats were outstanding. The arroz Moro was delicious, with an authentic Dominican taste and texture. The sweet plantains were also 10/10. I wouldn’t order the blistered tomatoes and corn again. It was a cold ceviche type of side and I’d rather go for hot sides instead. For dessert I had the vanilla bean flan, it was good. Would try another dessert next time. As mentioned in the beginning, service was slow. Because most of the food was so delicious, I would return to try more food items on a week night for dinner and drinks and see if service is any different.

He is very good, we ordered all that he suggested to us. The food was amazing and definitely worth the price. We ordered the Clothesline Bacon, Chicken and Calamari, Spicy Tuna Roll, and Octopus and Chorizo as starters and theyre all so delicious.
Because we were a group of 7, we ordered the beef porterhouse with Kenny’s recommendation of chicharron and the prawns, scallops, and octopus which was all to die for!! We all left stuffed and satisfied.

The food was amazing! The ambiance was a good vibe! Our waitress (Penelope) was well versed on the menu and attentive. We moved to the bar and Jose Luis (the captain bar back) served us right away and Miguel was friendly and kept checking in on us to make sure we were ok! Customer service was great! Food was great! Drinks were great! Thank you for a great time!

Best service by an exceptional waiter Dejan. Thank you for the excellent dinner. My family and I were well taking care off. The food is excellent, the environment is elegant and welcoming. We will definitely come back.

I had a great experience at Ventanas restaurant. It was my birthday celebration and my sister recommended this place. The experience was fabulous, the view was great, the vibe was modern and magical and as a plus, the crowd was fashion forward, candy for the eyes. And the service was amazing! I want to give a special thank you to Jason and the staff. From the beginning of the reservation to our final bite of the evening, he was superb. Jason took ownership and ensured that our table was well informed and satisfied so I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a birthday or just want a nice night out with family and friends. Thank you Ventanas, I can’t wait to come back at night!
