Lovely first experience! Nicky/Nikki (sp?) was friendly & patient, took note of my name change to please call me by my name Riley instead of my old deadname that's still on my ID for now, and clearly explained the registration process. Heads up that they're **CASH ONLY** with an ATM (not sure if that's on their website).
