Center Square Grill

Been awhile since visiting for dinner. Menu with something for everyone, lots of gluten-free choices, one person in our party has the allergy and was pleased with the selection and precautions the kitchen takes. Our server was not very experienced, wine service lacking, server just dropped the bottle of wine and left, not bothering to open or pour the wine. Also, I had to ask numerous times for water refills. We will visit again.

Another awesome find whilst my wife and I were in Western Massachusetts. Abundant menu, incredible cocktail and beer menu. Their braised short ribs are cosmic. So many incredible appetizers. You will leave this restaurant with a circus in your mouth. Best of all is the customer service. They treat you like family here. Our server Sarah was amazing.

Have eaten here a number of times but had a particularly nice time at dinner last night! Our server Sarah was top notch and took great care of us even though it was peak busy time! We also interacted with Donna and one of the female managers. Everyone was so wonderful! Food was great as well. Short rib was good as always and my mother in law especially loved the scallops. They made my wife’s birthday dinner extra special! Highly recommend!

We were seated near the door to the outside patio and every time a server or hostess went in and out there was a cold breeze strong enough to blow the napkins around on our table. We requested a different table but the hostess refused to move us. Our server was great and the food was delicious. Would have been a five star experience if not for the seating.

I had a pretty mediocre first visit here, unfortunately. Seated promptly, service was great, got appetizers out very quickly, and was hyped to get the food. Butternut squash ravioli app was tasty and hot. But, after that, the rest of the meal fell short. It took almost 45 minutes to get the entrees out. The server kept coming back over to apologize and stated "they should just be finishing up." It was clear the server was stretched pretty thin amongst many tables. Perhaps the kitchen was behind. When the meals finally arrived, some were cold, some were warm, and some were a mix of both. 4 of us got burger entrees, and the burgers were cooked inconsistently. The mushrooms as a side were cold and bland. Asked for garlic mashed potatoes as a side, ended up getting a loaded mashed potato which wasn't even listed on the menu. The server did apologize for the misunderstanding there. I don't blame the service here at all, they were as attentive as they could be even though they seemed short staffed. The meal was really where the disappointment was. Unfortunate because I really had high hopes for this spot.

Love the oysters, calamari’s and tuna seafood salad and the beef brisket with truffle fries and Jamaican jerk chicken😍 kids friendly.
Our server was the best, friendly and ace in service provided being a busy Restuarant on a weekend.

Looking for a great brunch spot is difficult but Thank You Center Square Grill for coming through! The food was delicious and the staff were amazing. They went above and beyond for us. We didn't want to leave but after 3 hours of celebrating my best friend's birthday we knew we had to let someone else enjoy. My friends and I have already discussed going back. Delicious ribs, huge Bloody Mary and the pitchers of Mimosas. We will return!!!
