Beautiful building, air-con and free entrance.

When I went it was all modern stuff, which I didn't like. Nice optiont though!

When I went it was filled almost completely with modern art, which is not my cup of tea. Building is beautiful though.

Very lovely place, indeed. As for only regional level very progressive. A bit even reminded me Tiger Art at Buenos Aires, but more like Tate Modern in London.
