Nice Park in an otherwise very busy city centre.
Allows for a moment of calm and a nice spot to meet people you want to go shopping or sightseeing with.
Plan your parking hours right and you may even find parking nearby without getting a ticket (usually in the evenings).

Nice and quiet around 9.30am, lots of places to sit and relax. No toilets/play area. Some cute dogs passing by 🐕

We went to see La Clique at the Underbelly Festival. Amazing performers, incredible skill and good fun! There are food and bar trucks set up outside with plenty of choices so come early and enjoy them too.

A little gem in middle of busy city. During summer it hosts underbelly comedy fest, live shows all day, with plenty of food stands, couple of bars, waiter to your table service via app (scan table barcode to open app), or you can just walk in with your own food. There is security checking bags upon entry dur8ng the fest for weapons. If the sun is out there's nothing better than to stretch on one of the loungers (free), order apple Cidre and maybe a salmon burger and transform your lunch hour into paradise 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Beautiful public Georgian garden square. There is a parking underneath and there are plans to redevelop the square with a subterranean health and wellbeing development. The squared was target by the IRA in 1992. A statue of Prince William, Duke of Cumberland was erected in the centre in 1770 but was removed in the 1860s after public opinion of him had changed. The plinth remains empty.

Nice calm park in the center of crowds and shops. A bronze statue of Lord George Bentinck gives you a historic touch to it. The grass is green and mowed to about 3 inches long. Enough places around for lunchin opportunities and shopping, lots of construction though, taking away peace.
