Very fast service, and overall a great eating experience. This place gets crowded, even on weekdays. If you're planning on eating here try to get there before the dinner rush!

All the flavors of soupless ramen were very good. I especially liked the Tantan Aburasoba. The servings were nicely portioned too, an appetizer + ramen is the perfect amount of food.

Excellent noodles and clean restaurant and bathroom. Always a line. Opens at 11:30 am. We went there at 11:33 am already one table left. I would come back next time.

Yum! The takoyaki was delicious and I loved the homura aburasoba. My friend had the spicy aburasoba and it was on the hotter side but still delicious. A great balance of flavors and texture, I can see why it’s such a popular place. Great imported beers too!

We arrived a little before they opened on Sunday and the wait was about 50 minutes. They were pretty efficient, took our order while we were in line! Overall it was really tasty and even leftovers tasted great the next day. I think next time I would order takeout instead. Definitely recommend ordering an Original as well to your order. I think I rather order all raw eggs for my noodles next time, definitely brings the dish next level. Service was really great and friendly.

Came here on Sunday night, around 7pm, with a party of 5. We were seated pretty quickly, with less than 20 min of waiting.

We ordered the homura aburasoba and the original, with takoyaki as an appetizer. Food came very quickly! The ramen was flavorful and filling, but we would’ve like more meat compared to the amount of noodles.
Takoyaki was good, nothing too crazy, and the various toppings (chili powder, sesame, etc.) on the table was nice.

Staff were very attentive and refilled our water many times! The space itself was clean and decorated very minimally.

Overall, a nice place to try dry ramen for the first time.

Don't be discouraged by a long line. If you show a bit later in the night, most likely you will get a seat. I love how clean and modern this shop is. Yet the food is reasonably priced and tasty! I get the Number 1 dry ramen and it is amazing. I love how chewy the noodle and crunchy the bamboo shoots are. The taste is on the mark as well (with extra vinegar and chili paste to your liking). Definitely will be back again to try other variations.

Aburasoba- soup less ramen (don't let this deceive you) dish had so much flavor! First time trying this, absolutely hit the spot..
Easily one of those restaurants you would want to go back again!

Tip: try the chili oil, garlic flakes and sesame seeds served at the table.
