Best ramen I've ever had. Came with my boyfriend and shared the Ajisen ramen bowl. Very quick service like the rest of the reviews say, we were in at 11:30 and out before 12:00.
This place is amazing!
Went inside, great entrance with the kitchen on full display. Got seated in <5 minutes. Waiter came to our table (he was very friendly), and took our orders. Food came out in ~3 minutes, drinks came in 11, for some reason. Food was very good, but beware, it is very hot when given to you! Boba Tea was very good as well. Only downside is that the food was not nearly as spicy or generally seasoned as I would’ve liked. Total was $70 for 3 plates and 2 boba teas.

Food was 9/10. Got the chicken teriyaki and it tasted a bit old to me tbh. Recommended my friend to get the Tom Yum — it’s always delicious and you can never go wrong with it. The service was great, speedy, and efficient — lowkey felt like they were rushing us at some point but other than that, our experience was great.
Highly recommend getting the shrimp tempura (not pictured because we devoured it instantly 🤣) as an app, it’s so tasty!

Very delicious Japanese food and drinks. We were served immediately and food did not take long at all to arrive. I highly recommend this place!
The atmosphere is no fluff. It is a decent restaurant with good ramen and decent appetizer options. We ordered for veggie tamen with miso broth and eggs for protien.
Ajisen Ramen presents a diverse array of ramen choices on its menu. The AJISEN RAMEN dish I got was well-prepared, though it leaned towards the saltier side for my taste. The portion size was pretty good value for the price. The BUBBLE TEA (CHOICE OF TAPIOCA OR JELLY) in the Mango flavor was a delightful surprise, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I wholeheartedly recommend this refreshing beverage; it is one reason for me to revisit Ajisen Ramen.

They generally will leave you alone until you seek them out for anything. It was a functional service without any major hiccups. Still, it could benefit from more warmth and personalized attention. Although some people enjoy the feeling of being left alone until they need the service.
