I waited for more then a month to receive an hbo receiver. They coldn't find my account without my original ID card.

Great customer support, even tho they work 12 hours.
Its a small shop but its opened every day from 10 to 22. Great to pay the mobile subscription and sign new contracts. Also great for info and help regarding mobile service. May be crowded in the weekends.
