This is a silly parking lot rule. 2 hours free on weekends，It's will be charged 2.5 hours parking fee if you stay 2.5 hours Not just half hour.

Never seen a place where guests are literally kicked out the door! Not in Auckland! Even New Zealand has never seen such a shopping mall in the world!

Will never come back again!

Overcrowded, modern atmosphere. The diversity of shops is useful, but it was so crazily huge we couldn’t find anything, not even where our car was parked at the end. Definitely needs some sort of map, sign or guidance system, especially for non-locals. Would not recommend for a relaxing mall experience.

Lovely atmosphere, especially if you visit the rooftop. Don't understand the reviews complaining about higher prices... what do you expect when you're in Newmarket? You're paying for quality, in a nice area. Good selection of stores, but it is easy to get lost if you aren't used to the building: make good use of the maps scattered throughout the mall.

An excellent place for shopping, as well as for dining experience. Always loved visiting this place, right in the heart of New Market.
Parking is another great service provided, which I understand is now free for 2 hours, earlier or used to be free for an hour for members only. Keep up the work, guys. You'll be seeing more of me. Cheers 👍

Loved this shopping center. Had a great variety of retail stores from the well sought after brand names to the chain stores. Lovely location with plenty of stores in the vicinity. Layout and accessibility was easy. Retail for all budgets.

The most modern mall in NZ. Not as big as Sylvia park but much better interior design and efficient use of space. Even though it’s smaller, I think it has more to offer. The only issue is the parking, it offers 3 hours on weekdays, which is sufficient but just 2 hours on weekends. That means you don’t really have enough time to do much. I think they should allow you to extend free parking if you have spent a certain amount there.

A nice clean mall with variety galore and lots if light coming in. Lots of food and drink options. Plenty of space to walk around. Love the new addition on the walkway. Keep this for ever brightens it up more. Keep up the great work team
