Water Street Bistro

If you are looking for a place that serves delicious comfort food, this place is for you. The bistro burger is my go to and it’s absolutely delicious. Large menu, kind workers, awesome food you cannot go wrong here

Food was absolutely delicious! We had the spicy chicken sandwich and the bistro burger with sweet potato fries. So so so good!! Food took between 15-20 minutes like we were told. Great experience, highly recommend!

I was super hungry and my usual spot closes their grill by 1pm. I was hungry and didn't want a sit down experience since it was so nice and sunny out. They had a large selection of sandwiches and fries. I went with the pulled pork and pineapple and a side of truffle parm fries. Delish! Food was fast considering the buzz and I was able to grab an empty seat in the courtyard and people watch while I enjoyed the sun and the food. Parking is tight here, so I walked from a muni-lot further away and walked to the location following the adjacent rail trail.

Very kind people work hard here. The food is great quality for the speed at which it’s cooked. There was a miscommunication about me wanting a vegan burger (probably my fault) and I was accommodated kindly to resolve the problem. My boyfriend says “darn good fries.”

Hot, fresh, tasty food. Great to see more late night food options in New Paltz.

He said it would be ready in 15 minutes but he had it ready in thirteen and a half. Under promising over delivering King 👑

Stumbled upon this place and it’s a real find. They have a bunch of unique dishes you can’t get anywhere in the area. The staff are super friendly and the food is great. Loved the fried pickles, the burger was juicy, the gyro was delicious , and the pizza. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Cheese Fry's! Yup! So yummy. They had burgers and such too. But I came here for the fries. They were tasty. I sat outside in the common area. Service was great!
