A beautiful government rest house administered by Forest Department. I am literally in love with the lush green field, the entrance covered with tall trees and relaxing environment. It is soothing and so peaceful. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, though the blankets, pillows need to be replaced. The washrooms are equipped and hot water facility is available. The cook is a good chef and you can have anything of your choice. For booking, government references are needed. A highly recommended place to stay.

Historical rest house of punjab forest department in bhurban built in british period. This was converted in governor annexe by then governor punjab Lt. General khalid maqbool and completely refurbished by pervez elahi and remain in custody of pml (N) during pml (N) government. An unwise decision took by punjab govt pti to hand it over to tourism department just marred the beauty of this place.
The Best Resort of Murree, The Actual Name of the Rest House is Forest Rest House. Residents enjoy a private, maintained, hill all to themselves. The food can be ordered and made by in-house chefs. They Rooms are spacious and beautiful.
