Burger was delicious and ready quickly. Fries were hot and crisp with great flavor. Shake was creamy and quite tasty. Service was friendly and fast, restaurant looked brand new and was pretty easy to get to. Would recommend if looking for a quick meal. Prices seemed in line with other fast food restaurants.

One of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had lately. Ordered via their app, and their app suggested curbside pickup. I do that, drive over, get there, pull in, and checked in, giving them my spot. I then wait nearly 20 minutes, seeing tons of people get their food, and I finally decide to go in. There’s my bag, sitting behind their counter. I tell the cashier that I’d been waiting on a curbside order, she looked behind her, said “sorry about that”, and handed me an absolutely stone cold bag of food. It’d been sitting there for over 10 minutes at that point, and I opened the container, there was no warmth left. When I got home, I had to microwave it. The chicken on my sandwich was tiny, and barely any fries. Infuriating. It tasted fine, other than the bun being soggy from being reheated. Was not worth the price, would have rather have gone to McDonalds at that point. At least it would have been hot. It was not busy inside either.

Jaggers has the BEST salads of any fast food restaurant. They are fresh daily, made at the locations, and the size is generous. It fills me up. I get them weekly.
All their food is good.
I have ALWAYS had great service and their employees are so friendly. If you haven't been, check them out.

This place is pretty good, the service was extremely quick and the lobby was very clean. I went in to order and got my food almost immediately.
The cheeseburger was great, no complaints but the fries were extremely over seasoned and I was unable to finish them because of that.

The country fried chicken sandwich tastes so amazing. Their gravy makes it taste so perfect. It pairs greatly with tater tots and the Ghirardelli brownie shake. Service was excellent as well.

A slight step ahead of McDonalds, just your average burger joint. Nice clean restaurant, with good service and average food. Booth, table and split booth seating available inside. Some outdoor seating available weather permitting. You order your food up front, they give a number to place on your table. When your food is ready they bring it to you. Wife got double cheeseburger with shoestring fries and I got the six piece chicken tenders and tater tots. Chicken tenders were extremely small but they were good and I liked the tots. Wife said cheeseburger was just ok and the shoestring fries were excellent. Sorry to say nothing special here.

Had a great first experience here. The atmosphere was clean, the employees were very welcoming and nice, and most of all the food was downright delicious. Burgers are juicier than your average gallon. Fries are small and thin just how I like them. Same owner as Texas Roadhouse, anticipate some up heat country on the overhead. TVs playing sports and cartoons to yield to all ages. Bathrooms were clean.
