مكان تسوق مقبول يوجد به جزء من الخدمات ويفتقر إلى خدمات كثيرة

المكان كموقع ممتاز بس كمحلات مش شغالة والإقبال ضعيف يمكن خدمي وإداري كعيادات ومكاتب احسن لكن المحلات مش بتشتغل قوي وغلق اكتر من محل
مشروع تجاري جيد يحتاج لمزيد من الدعاية لزيادة حجم الاستثمارات داخل المول وزيادة الانشطة لجذب المزيد من الزوار للمكان
