Typical Mall food court customer service experience but the food both quality and quantity is the key to this Internet viral sensation. I promise you won't regret a thing. Highly Recommended by a huge foodie...

We loved it. There's a Starbucks Cafe inside and plenty of seats and benches to sit and read. The staff were friendly and a huge variety of books and essential gift items.

Only decent indoor mall close to Columbia, food court could use more options. I don't know why malls have gotten so old and empty. They had a really nice Old Navy, very similar in interior design to their outlet stores.

This mall has five major attractions. One is a Chick Fil A with a SHORT line, a fabulous Torrid store, a Pretzel Peddler shop, a TILT arcade and a Simply Southern store that Carrie’s all manner of wonderful clothes and collectibles. Crowd is a little rough on the weekends especially on Friday nights but Magnolia Mall is definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

First off, thank you for providing us with an indoor shopping experience here in Florence. We appreciate the retail options we have. My one true gripe is its exterior appearance. Would it be too much to ask to update the paint on some of the older parts of the building? I don’t think it’s changed much, at least in my lifetime, which is at least 30 years. That would add a ton of curb appeal, may attract more shoppers off the interstate and would definitely give us locals another thing to be proud of. Thank you!!

Magnolia Mall is very nice. Loved my first experience. Lots of verities and big open space. They also have a food court and restaurants.
