Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Lounge

The crew today is extreemly rude and disrespectful. The guy just took my plate without even asking if he can tidy up my table. Lady at the check in was so rude in explaining that the code needs to be generated from the phone application. I guess all of the crrw needs a descent long holiday. They are extreemly unhappy!

Last minute changes in the Gates to be avoided if possible.

The bus at Abudhabi to take off to the aircraft (inside the bus waiting) is too long and annoying especially for Kids & Senior Citizens.

Very kind,supportive and friendly staff at the Gate entrance & bus operator.

Courteous, caring, friendly and helping crew members. Kudos.

I expected more from an airline that is rated as one of the best in the world.
There was not enough room between the seats.
Simple seats and so comfortable.
The food was ok not more than that.
Overall it was fine for tree hours flight.

The Airport atmosphere was good. Time gone quickly. But less power socket for charging mobiles. As it's an international airport they should have multi-plug option for charging. Some charging pins are not able to plug. Otherwise everything is good.

Samir from ethihaad airways who was taking care of the boarding for Wizz air flight W6 7051 8:40 pm departure on 20th March 2023 to Rome , held me back for no reason and was so aggressive and abusive, started talking in Hindi saying aage kidhar ja raha hai 😳this was shocking for me to see a Etihad staff behaving in such a manner.. he seriously doesn’t belong to ethihaad who are known for their hospitality and professionalism. I was traveling to Rome having a visa for Belgium he told me step aside and told me to show my tickets to Belgium from Rome.. which clearly is not his authority.. and when I tried to show him the travel ticket he told me to keep waiting just prove his authority.. despite me having a priority boarding.. will certainly highlight this to Wizz air as well about the ethihaad staff is treating their customers

Thanks to the management. Very clean, safe, managed excellent. Need more mobile phone charging sockets.-Indian food happy to test buds yet at reasonable price. Wizzair and indigo airlines Check-in very slow, tiresome, should increase more counters. Attitude friendly.
