Owner is a really nice guy. We got two belts and two luggage tags, and he stamped the luggage tags with our initials as a gift. Speaks great English. We didn’t get anything custom but he showed us a couple custom pieces he was making for other customers.

Went here with my significant other on our few day visit in Florence. With not a lot of time in the city, we were overwhelmed with where to shop for leather goods, but I am so glad that we chose Adam. The salesperson was super nice, did not pressure us at all, was super knowledgeable, and helped us find the best items for our needs. They are true artisans and showed us examples of the leather used to make the items at their factory leather shop and talked about some of the pieces they made and the various ways they could be worn. We were offered free monogramming and we had adjustments made on the spot to our belts. The salesperson had a great eye and found the perfect jacket and size for my boyfriend on the first try. We purchased two purses, three wallets, a jacket, and two belts, and wanted to buy more because it was all so beautiful and high quality, but couldn’t because of the limited left in our luggage, although I believe they do shipping. The pieces are of great value; the prices are very, very good compared to other shops we walked by. I would definitely recommend others to stop by.

My wife and I are from the US and came to Florence specifically to find high quality, hand crafted leather bags and accessories. After visiting many leather shops around Florence, we had the best experience here at Adam Leather Factory. We worked with the local salesperson, Joe Giovanni, over the course of two days to find exactly what we wanted. He helped us customize the colors, different bag sizes, various straps, and even offered free monogramming on multiple pieces that we purchased. The quality of the leather is incredible and so is the stitching, the zippers, interior lining, etc. We ended up purchasing some leather duffel bags, a messenger bag, a couple purses and some toiletry kits because the price they provided was so good. They also offer international shipping for a great price which in our case was very convenient!

We are so grateful for the wonderful experience and will definitely recommend this business to everyone!
