Some of the staff are amazing there. Met this incredibly helpful, suave, charming English gentleman named Nik. I cannot praise him enough.

There is no phone number for this Embassy. It is circular set of options, none of which gets you relevant information-- passport information is under the visa selection option, a request for urgent help gets you disconnected (pressed by accident). Should not be posted as having a phone number at all because they DO NOT MAN IT. Save your time. Try another way.

It was a nice event!

Emailed a few times about apparent incorrect information on their web site. Never received any reply's. Not a good representation of the UK !

Terrible terrible service. I am a British citizen having severe issues with my passport and they fobbed me off. Insane.

They say that they're open 24 hours, but that's just not true. The UK embassy seems to think that punching through a phone tree is the same as talking to an actual representative. What an embarrassing shambles...

The worst embassy ever! If you apply for a visa don’t expect it to get on time or probably at all. Your passport is gone and is nowhere to be found. You will not be able to contact the embassy, they have made sure of it. No calls, no emails. They will charge you 69 cent per min to actually talk to smb but if you think they will give you any info, think again. Read other reviews as well, sane shot everywhere.
