Good society with almost all facility. there's a problem for visitors as no visitor parking, you will have park your vehicle outside on the road. Except visitor parking everything looks good.
Cosmos regency situated at main road waghbil vijaynagri road main entrance is road touch this is residential and commercial combination that is not good for redidents some people note like this type of residents shopkeeper and first floor commercial that is entry from inside of society

I am a resident here since last 10 years and have a good experience about living in this society... Beautiful children garden, ample parking space and spacious inside area of the complex...
Cosmos regency is and residential area and nice high middle level family area good availability of shops and mall near him in 500 m.thanks.
