They are very good at making the flow of customers get their orders and keep things moving. It's a small area but enough seating and keeps the place airy and cool even when it's all the food they have to prepare. The homeless are around but the workers seem to keep them under control and keep them moving as well. You just have to have patience and they will take good care of you

Really just a to go place. Very very limited seating. No AC during summer for as long as I remember (several years, yes I am regular customer). Service generally fine, occasionally the wait is longer due to heavier crowds but those are rare. The reason for the 2 stars is because the cola tasted like bleach. It’s even more watered down then the 7-11 over on the next block.

The store is tiny. When I was there there were no lines. The pickup is smooth.

One of the better run stores. Whoppers actually resemble the ones in commercials. Seating is limited however, so don't expect to dine in.

Tables are filthy ...oil where they fry must be filthy because onion rings taste like fish..garbage filled to the top no where to dump garbage so I left it at the table....the filthy table...you'd figure in Tribeca at least have people that care working in this place

This establishment is horrible. They continue to have one cashier with too many customers. They continue to get the orders wrong. They gave someone the wrong order the customer dug through it and gave it back. Now the person it belongs to will get contaminated food. DO NOT give them your $$$$
