Making sure that our office technology works is the MOST dreadful part of my job description (and I'm not very good at it!). Honestly, lets face it- technology is great only when it works. There is nothing worse than having things breakdown in the middle of the day and staring at cables, black screens, routers, switches, Outlook integration... the list of my demise can go on and on. In 2018, I desperately combed thru Google looking for IT companies and one would think that's easy to find in Midtown, but its not. Multiple companies required that I become a member, subscribe to services, or just had ridiculous fees. Techmate has been a Savior. They charge a reasonable rate by the hour and they are worth every single dime.

Our office is in Rockefeller Center and Techmate always responds when we need them! They are prompt, knowledgeable, reasonable, and extremely customer focused. Nicole at the Techmate HQ's is beyond helpful and really does a great job coordinating getting Techs out. She is superb with following up and making sure that the job got done. Truly a gem. Tech wise, we have worked with both Francis and Dimitry. Francis helped us solve an array of complex issues which would make me cringe to even recollect. When helping us with Router set up, he was brutally honest and said we got ripped off in our router purchase and suggested that we return it. We purchased a super expensive piece of metal that came "highly recommended" by someone at Cisco but it simply was the worst choice for our office needs and would take quadruple the time to set up versus a normal router. Francis saved us a ton of money by being honest. In the interim, he GAVE US A LOANER ROUTER while we waited for our permanent new router. I can go on and on about Francis. Truly a skilled guru and his honesty is beyond appreciated. Dimitry helped us solve our Outlook issues quickly and efficiently. He explained what the problems were in a way that a Tech challenged individual like myself could follow. Bottom line, if you have Tech Issues, you wont be disappointed using Techmate.

Josset and Nicole are INCREDIBLE. Techmate is truly phenomenal. Josset fixed the problem and actually gave me a tutorial , which she didn’t have to. And it was better than the Genius Bar. I will absolutely call on them for ANY tech service. They are just amazing (In a time when customer service is terrible).

I am the owner of a small law firm and we do not have the luxury of having on-site IT support. When our server was having issues, I was referred by another attorney to Techmate. The app was easy to navigate and extremely user friendly. Most importanly, the representative responded to my problem right away, diagnosed the issue and had us up and running within an hour. Our office manager confirmed that we would have paid significantly more for the IT support company we had used in the past. I highly recommend Techmate for your business and personal IT needs.

Just found these guys the other night when my internet connection went down for some inexplicable reason. They were able to send a tech to my home the next night after hours (as I work till 4). The help and support I received from Nicole and Francis were only surpassed by their professionalism, competence and willingness to help me. Techmate has a new customer and I will recommend them to all my friends with tech support needs.
