The food at Ciccio was honestly the best I’ve ever had in my life, and I am a world traveler. Our server Alex makes the cut too! She was personable, friendly, and she timed everything perfectly. Not only that, but her recommendations created the ideal pairings. The restaurant exterior is very unassuming, but wait til you get seated. Everyone and everything is comforting.

Really delighted with food and service. To share we had had the pepperoni pizza, linguine and baby artichoke. Delicious and rivalled what we have had recently in Italy. Would recommend

Ciccio deserves 5 stars across the board! Our meal kicked off with an incredible sashimi crudo - the perfect balance of lemon, capers, garlic, and olive oil perfectly complemented the fresh hamachi. The wood-fired pizza was another highlight, with hot honey adding a delightful touch to the pepperoni. But the true star was the gnudi - pillowy gold that reimagined cacio e pepe in the best way possible. Whether you're a local or just visiting, Ciccio is a must-try!

Recommended to us by chefs and locals in our culinary course. Casually elegant Italian where everything went right and I will return. Menu stars included Sicilian Sashimi, Caesar Salad (the bonito is a game changer), Agnolotti (pillows of garnet yam joy!), Potato Pizza with Leek Confit (please sir, can I have some more?!), Vanilla Bean Gelato with wild pine nut oil (unsuspectingly delicious and quite possibly one of the best gelatos I’ve had outside of Italy). A great, casual Yountville experience that didn’t disappoint.

Ciccio's in Napa Valley offers a mixed experience, highlighted by its cuisine but with room for improvement in ambiance and dish descriptions. On my recent visit, the focus was on their pastas and pizzas.

The food, overall, was satisfactory. The variety of pastas and pizzas offered a decent range of flavors. However, the descriptions on the menu didn't quite match what was served, leading to some surprises. For instance, the Cacio e Pepe, which I expected to be a traditional pasta dish, was actually served as a gnocchi. While still tasty, it wasn't what I anticipated.

The standout dish for me was the meatball-stuffed peppers. They were flavorful and cooked just right, offering a comforting and delicious bite. This dish alone was a memorable part of the meal.

However, the dining experience was somewhat marred by the ambiance. The restaurant was very loud, making conversation difficult. Additionally, the tables were set quite close to each other, which detracted from the overall comfort and intimacy you might expect from a dining establishment in Napa Valley.

In conclusion, while Ciccio's offers some enjoyable dishes, particularly the meatball-stuffed peppers, the experience could be enhanced by improving the accuracy of menu descriptions and addressing the noise level and seating arrangement to create a more comfortable and enjoyable dining atmosphere.

We arrived here and were greeted by the host as she acknowledged that we were celebrating our 30th anniversary. That was very nice. We ordered the chopped salad, olives, margarita pizza, and gnudi. The salad and olives were really good. The pizza was not something we enjoyed. It was way too garlicky and too much corn meal gave it a strange texture and mouthfeel. The gnudi were heavy, not hot, and quite bland. We ordered the chocolate boudin for dessert at the recommendation by the server. It was just average. It was just like eating a bowl of chocolate ganache, quite uninspiring. After our initial greeting by the host, not one mention was made about us celebrating our anniversary. The people right next to us were brought a dessert drink and told thank you for celebrating with us. We got nothing. Very disappointing experience.

Great night and food. Waiter was fantastic. Pizza was nicely thin, close to Rome style and very good. Bottom a bit overdone but then we arrived just when they opened @5 and the pizza oven likely was at peak fire. Pepperoni and cheese excellent. The rigatoni bolognese was excellent. The cacio e pepe was good but not outstanding. My wife had a strawberry limoncello spritz dink she enjoyed and for desert the lemon sorbet. We deliberately over ordered to try multiple dishes and took the leftovers to go. Most certainly would recommend it. Casual atmosphere. Reservations strongly suggested.
