Minsk Marriott Hotel

Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast caters all nationalities, but the coffee machines are terrible slow, creating a queue of guests, in particularly when one the two need to be cleaned. Suggest to add a third, faster operating, machine. Amenities are pretty basic for a five star hotel. For unknown reason, it is not allowed to make photo's from the lobby and from the area behind the hotel. But it is known that the Belarus administration is sensitive for photographing.

I was here for three nights, the staff are friendly and try there best to make you happy. The food was good for dinner. The breakfast buffet is also good but when you want to order something from the menu instead seems like a bit of confusion. My wife and I did order room service one morning, just the bakery and toast. The coffee was warm and not hot and only half of cup each. Should of had the coffee in a flask to keep it warm and more than half of cup each. They also forgot the jam. They did fix the mistake when I called. When we both got back to the hotel room in the evening the room service breakfast table was still there and the bed was never made. But the towels had been changed and the curtains closed, strange. I hope they work on all the glitches to keep the 5 star rating. At the end of the day was happy.
