Nice store and good service. However, they have chosen to stock Coco Leni. Great looking glasses, but the custom fit is worse than a ready to wear fit. Screwed up my order the first time. And despite two chances, the fit is not right. This is more towards Coco Leni, but S&S must take responsibility for stocking this brand.
I ordered my specs from COCO LENI before Diwali 2023 and it's almost Christmas and I have not received my spectacles. The team is lackadaisical and no one gives proper ans. Very pathetic experience. Btw I don't have my specs till date. Have been following up with Bandra and Juhu outlet and even Goa team but no proactive response. Really agonised with them.
