Stunning memorial for a dedicated sovereign. Can't understand 1 star reviews as it is spectacular in good weather and bad. Love that from here you can see Victoria Tower at the Palace of Westminster (Parliament), and Big Ben too

Wonderful memorial directly in front of Buckingham Palace. Great place for photography, always plenty of people around, sometimes a great amount of time is needed to get people free photos. The entire area is full of parks and memorials.

Auch wenn man es schon viele Male auf Bildern und im Fernsehen gesehen hat, gehört dieser Platz doch zu einer Sightseeing-Tour in London dazu. Dementsprechend war hier auch unter der Woche viel los und viele Touristen saßen auf den Stufen und Mauern rund um die Statue.

Beautiful fountain and great spot for some photos. Buckingham Palace just behind creates a lovely feeling and atmosphere. The parks on either side make it a very beautiful spot
