I bought tickets and insurance from zoom trvel. He charged me for the insurance but he didn't pay to insurance company. Unfortunately, my wife got a sick and she was not able to travel. I contacted insurance company, Said you Don't have insurance with us. Also zoom travel charged me extra $500 for cancel flights. I paid tickets + insurance + $500 PLUS Taxes and I received back (0).

Yesterday I was on the line with someone named Asim, absolutely disrespectful man. Tried to sell me tickets x3 the price I saw online unbelievable. Would rate lower if I could. Give me my refund!!!
